Distance learning prevails at all other types of schools and grades.
Model experiment for networking
But the high incidence is followed by a low one at some point.
The district of Munich is already pushing ahead with its pilot project to network test results and access records in retail, gastronomy and culture.
With an expansion of the decentralized test structure and a simple use of the results for customer registration, the district sees itself prepared for possible opening steps.
Since mid-March there has been a solution for digital contact recording for restaurateurs, cultural workers, associations, event organizers, companies and municipal institutions - within the framework of a license for the “Darfichrein” platform.
It is now also possible to make an appointment as part of "click & meet" via Darfichrein.
Meanwhile, the district is working on being able to use the results of corona tests electronically for possible access authorizations: with a negative test in the restaurant or for shopping.
The district is making use of the specifications of the Cologne start-up Ubirch, which is involved in a system development: “The digital vaccination certificate has been decided, the federal government is relying on the Ubirch system.
"It is therefore logical to also use the specifications of this company for the verification of access authorizations," says Göbel.
Encrypted data transmission
Certificates that follow the Ubirch standard are currently being generated in a model test at the test station in Feldkirchen.
People who are tested there receive a machine-readable test certificate that they can use digitally in the future to access retail, catering and other areas.
At the same time, the software at "Darfichrein" was further adapted.
This makes it possible to record the validity of the test and the contact details by scanning the digital test certificate at the shop or restaurant.
The data transmission is encrypted according to the highest data security standards.
The data is encrypted when accessed via "Darfichrein" and stored in the computer center of the Institute for Communal Data Processing in Bavaria (AKDB) and deleted after four weeks.
People without a smartphone receive a machine-readable printout of their test certificate at the test station.
Follow up better possible
If a guest tests positive after visiting the store, for example, the health department can digitally send a request to the companies or organizers that the infected person visited shortly before.
The companies can then initiate encrypted data transmission to the health department.
In the event that the Free State does not rely on "Darfichrein", the district is covered.
