Engineer Hussein Arnous, Prime Minister issued a circular to ministries and public authorities to suspend work or reduce the number of employees working in them until the date of April 15 in a manner that does not affect economic and productive activity and the provision of services to citizens.
The circular, which came within the framework of following up on the government's relentless efforts to ensure the investment of financial and human resources in light of the conditions the country is going through, from the effects of economic sanctions and the repercussions of the Coronavirus, includes stopping work permanently in public agencies whose work suspension does not affect economic and productive activity or the services provided to citizens.
The circular also includes reducing the employee attendance rate to the limits that ensure that the public authority continues to provide basic and necessary services for the proper performance of this entity.
