High Court: An installation that prevented demonstrations more than a kilometer from the house is illegal, the fines will be abolished
The judges ruled that a regulation that was in effect during the month of October did not pass the constitutional tests following the severe violation of demonstration freedom and freedom of expression.
Consequently, the fines imposed in respect of this regulation will be canceled

The High Court ruled today (Sunday) that the ban on participating in demonstrations more than a kilometer from the place of residence is unconstitutional. As a result, the fines imposed in respect of this regulation will be abolished.
