Netanyahu's files were sewn into crisp threads, by a conscripted attorney general who has a desire to control • This morning, with the start of the evidentiary phase, it is not really clear who the prosecutor is and who the defendant is • Opinion

Section 156 of the Criminal Procedure Act provides that if a defendant has not confessed to the facts of the indictment - the prosecution shall bring its evidence before the court, "and it may precede them with opening remarks."

The prosecution, of course, will seize the opportunity, and the opening remarks will turn into a moving speech to justify the filing of the precedent-setting and delusional indictment against Netanyahu.

An indictment in which millions of shekels were invested, and later hundreds of millions more in four unnecessary election campaigns.

An indictment that created the headline "Just Not Bibi," a headline that has become a false cloak of morality, purity and righteousness, and most of all a global precedent for creating a criminal affinity for the connection between politicians and the media.

Speaking of an alleged criminal affiliation, it exists in the connection between lawyers and journalists who do their thing, in a joint effort to blacken Netanyahu and help overthrow the right-wing government;

To lead a change of government without the need for ballot papers, the vast majority of which internalized the distortion and malice, especially in the way the investigations were conducted.

These include, ostensibly, the extortion of witnesses, the use of dubbing, the fishing of evidence and the methods of recruiting state witnesses - well-known and well-known working methods reminiscent of the days of Marx, Lenin and Minzenberg.

Law, propaganda, mass psychology and Pike News media have come together in a powerful political instrument, in the service of the most powerful guild in the country, which is the law enforcement guild on all its branches.

The trial that will begin tomorrow (Monday) is not just in Netanyahu's files, which were sewn with crisp threads.

This is a trial of the entire law enforcement system.

A powerful, mobilized, resourceful system, and most of all a desire to control.

A predatory force that tries to overthrow and incriminate those who stand in its way.

When a law enforcement system, out of a Nietzschean desire for power, deals with the chosen system and tries to present it as ignorant, corrupt and submissive - the result is a loss of public trust in the law.

Woe to the generation that is compelled to judge its judges.

There is no real rule of law when the level of trust in the law enforcement system is the same as the trust that political parties have in the understanding that they are playing on the same field.

Netanyahu did kindness to the State of Israel, which did not give up and decided to fight for his innocence in harsh conditions of brainwashing, severe restrictions on funding the defense and his standing in front of a conscripted army, crowded and waving flags like salesmen.

If Netanyahu had resigned, the cases would have been closed immediately, and Yedioth Ahronoth would have praised him for his courage.

Netanyahu's stubbornness will eventually lead to a comprehensive overhaul of the justice system, an unparalleled vital overhaul.

The Netanyahu trial is at the same time the trial of Mandelblit, Shai Nitzan and Liat Ben-Ari and their subordinates, only that none of them will be in office to pay the price of the plot if Netanyahu is acquitted, as I expect.

One can only hope that under the circumstances, Netanyahu will receive a fair trial.

The judges know the meaning of acquittal on the law enforcement system, and are aware of what the recruited media will do to them in such a case.

I hope that they will give Netanyahu the same treatment as any other citizen and ignore the background noises that have accompanied the accusations for many years.

Who will grant and keep in us the words of the prophet Isaiah "And I will make thy judges as the firstfruits. After that the city of righteousness shall call thee a faithful city."

In a new hope everything is personal, there is no vision

In order for the necessary corrections to be made in the law enforcement system it is essential to form a right-wing government.

A government that will also protect the settlement enterprise, Israel as a Jewish state, and its continued security and economic power.

The main brake on the realization of the vision of the right is Gideon Saar, whose opportunism has broken records in Israeli politics for generations, which has known strange transitions and strange alliances.

Assault the media creator, introduced himself in the right-wing election campaign, quickly moved to the left and now gives legitimacy to the left-wing government through the right-wing commercialization he received.

The new hope turned out to be the old hope of the dwindling Israeli left.

Saar, in my opinion, is a clear example of a landslide that is shaking the State of Israel.

No way, no idea, no vision - everything is personal.

The nation-state of the Jewish people has fallen into the hands of whims who all they care about is feelings of revenge, hatred and megalomania.

Gideon Saar presented himself as a prime ministerial candidate, declaring that he did not sit under Netanyahu.

The statement did not catch on with the public - and now in the name of the statement at the beginning of the campaign he seeks to bring to an end the rule of the right, irrationality and clear irresponsibility.

In the election, Saar received a total of six seats, his candidacy for prime minister in the eyes of the public is negligible - and yet he is willing to go form a government with significant left-wing parties including a party whose Knesset seeks to burn Zichron Yaacov and move residents to Europe and the US, and another party invites Hague investigators against IDF soldiers.

When politics and psychology from the depths intertwine, nothing good can come out of such a hallucinatory pairing.
