The licensing authority of the local committee approved this morning another residential tower in the Nof promenade neighborhood in Netanya.
This is a new neighborhood in the city center, bordering the streets of Ben Gurion in the west, Sderot Binyamin in the east, Sderot Ben Avi in the north.
The first tower in the Levinstein complex is nearing completion.
Towers of Electra Construction, Shikun Binui, Gindi Holdings, Africa Israel and Israel Canada are expected to join it.
