Infidelity between married couples is not the domain of the secular sector alone, and so an unusual divorce lawsuit was filed in the Jerusalem Rabbinical Court these days by a man who claims, through Adv. Einbar Lev, that his wife is cheating on him with her masseur. That his wife is caught cheating on her.

The man, who works at a packaging agency marketing agency, claims in the lawsuit that the first time he learned that his wife was cheating on him was when she had an intimate relationship with an agency employee.

He said the affair came to light after members of their community reported to him that his wife had been seen kissing and cuddling with a stranger in a public place.

He said that although he felt great shame from his wife's actions, he believed her that it was a one-time stumble, and forgave her, as she assured him that it would not change.

But according to the man, his wife's promises were empty.

After moving to the center of the country, the woman began another affair, this time with her masseur, to which she came for medical treatment.

At first, the woman denied that an intimate relationship had developed between her and the masseur, but eventually admitted and even stated to her husband that the treatment was done in full nudity, and that it included incomplete sexual contact.

The husband complains in his lawsuit that despite the romantic relationship between his wife and her masseur, she continues to pay him thousands of shekels every month for his "treatments."

Due to his wife's repeated infidelities, Adv. Inbar Lev filed a divorce lawsuit in the husband's name, in which the rabbinical court is asked to declare the woman a "rebellious woman," and deprive her of her address and alimony.

Adv. Lev also asks the court to rule that the masseur and the woman will be forbidden to marry each other ("her husband and husband are forbidden"). The lawsuit is currently being heard in the Jerusalem Rabbinical Court.
