The chairman of the Religious Zionist Party, Bezalel Smutrich, sharply criticized today (Sunday) the demand for rotation by right-wing chairman Naftali Bennett, and ruled out the possibility that he would demand it.
On his official Twitter account, Smutrich wrote: "The hubris distortion of democracy, which some irresponsible politicians (Yotam's parable) promotes here to the cheers of a hypocritical media that wants to oust the right from power - is destructive and dangerous. Religious Zionism has values and no chair, Prime Minister, does not sleep.
In this we are probably different from all the other parties. "
So it's not.
The hubris distortion of democracy, which some irresponsible ethical politicians (Yotam's own parable) are promoting here to the cheers of a hypocritical media that wants to oust the right from power - is destructive and dangerous.
Religious Zionism has values and a way that no chair, not even the Prime Minister's chair, will change. In this we are probably different from all the other parties. Https://t.co/6ffUCngUsc

The tweet was written in response to a question from "Israel Today" as to whether Smutrich might also demand a rotation.
In the parable of Yotam in the Book of Judges it is written that the trees sought a king and turned to various fruit trees which refused on the grounds that they were already helpful.
At the end of the trees, they turn to the maple bush and ask it to be king.
The eagle agrees but gifts it by treating it in its shadow, otherwise fire will come out of it and burn the cedars of Lebanon.
Since the election results became known, the chairman of the right has not officially announced support for one of the blocs. The chairman of the right and chairman of Yesh Atid .
Bennett and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met on Tuesday and met for about three hours. The Bennett bureau said that the two discussed the need to form a stable and functioning government as soon as possible and the possibilities of bringing about this in the political situation that was created.
