The Ramat Hachayal ice cream parlor opened a new branch a few months ago, in the midst of the Corona, on Tel Aviv Shenkin Street, which is slowly returning to its heyday in the 1990s with a variety of new and intriguing places. 

At the given moment, there are no less than 20 different flavors in Jilido, for which Ido Lavie is responsible, who acquired his education in the field in Bologna, Italy, where he studied and received the title of Chef Glacier.

Some of the flavors are milk and cream based and include lemon pie, orange and dark chocolate, cheesecake with berries, Belgian chocolate and more.

The equally vegan and interesting cut is salty pecans, cashews and berries, almond espresso halva, mint celery pineapple, almond coconut espresso and more.

The dessert showcase at the place is no less tempting than the ice cream itself and includes a variety of handmade desserts made on site.

And if we are talking about ice cream, the Italian Arta ice cream from Nahalat Binyamin in Tel Aviv is celebrating five years.

The couple Sisi Pagani and Marco Kumorali have decided, in honor of the occasion, on three new flavors that so far seem like a dizzying success.

The first: Florence cream (the recipe is secret but by and large it includes egg cream, fresh cream, honey, muscat wine, lemon and more).

The second flavor, Venice, consists of vanilla and cardamom, and the third flavor, Sicilian spring sorbet by name, consists of fresh lemon juice, lemon zest and ground almonds.

The cafe chain, whose branches are scattered at Dor Alon gas stations throughout the country, mainly along Highway Six, is opening a new branch, the 16th in number, in Mishmar Hasharon.

The chain now offers an upgraded menu in a variety of branches that includes the familiar dishes alongside Italian-inspired upgrades, and coffee, of course. 

New dishes include: 



Artichoke Panzanella and Tomato Salad Tomatoes with roasted artichoke quarters a la Romana, Kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, purple onion, rocket, basil, cherry tomatoes, Bulgarian cheese and toasted bread crumbs.

Seasoned with reduced balsamic and olive oil



Piadina mushrooms and spinach Piadina in an oven stuffed with sautéed mushrooms and onions, truffle puree, spinach leaves, cream cheese, parmesan and mozzarella.

Served with a personal salad of



chicken quechaturi Chicken pieces in marinade with slices of tomato, purple onion, kalamata olives and roasted pepper garnished with parsley.

Baked in the oven on focaccia

The vegan health restaurant in Neve Tzedek is coming out in Happy Hour full of specials of natural cocktails, wines and entrees.

Between six and eight o'clock in the evening, we can order all the natural cocktails at a discount of 1 + 1, all the first courses at a 30% discount and the wine bottles at a 20% discount.
