The audience of Al-Kindi Cinema in Tartous watched this evening two consecutive screenings of the feature film "You Are Wounded", which recounts the heroics and sacrifices of the Syrian Arab Army during the terrorist war on Syria.

The film produced by the TV Production Directorate at the Public Authority for Radio and Television, written by Qamar Al-Zaman Alloush and directed by Naji Toami, presents in two hours a marriage between the brazen sacrifices of the Syrian Arab Army and the reality of their families waiting for their safe and victorious return, depicting the Syrians' steadfastness behind their army and their belief in the inevitability of victory over terrorism.

Artist Tawfiq Iskandar described the film as the national humanitarian epic and said that the film showed the nature of the army in this war, so that its members are like brothers and friends who have united them with one goal, which is to defend the homeland against terrorism, and he saw in it the necessity to document what happened in Syria during the years of the war with all honesty and transparency.

The actor Khaled Shabab, who embodied the character of Iyad, talked about his role, saying that he embodies the human level and the lover fighter full of emotion and feeling, which despite everything he saw in this war, this will not change the passion in him and the love that he hopes will be the way to salvation in the coming period.

A number of attendees praised the film's shedding of light on the heroics of the Syrian Arab Army and the humanity of its bravery and love that they are distinguished, considering that it represents, in addition to the works that documented the war on Syria, an important memory that its creation tells of those who lived it closely with all credibility and transparency that put an end to attempts to distort the facts.
