Two people committed suicide after they killed the rest of their family by shooting them, after planning in advance, in a suburb of Dallas, Texas, USA.
"Two brothers from the same family agreed to shoot four of their family members before they killed themselves in their home in Dallas," NBC News quoted police official, Sergeant John Felty, as saying.
He explained that one of the brothers wrote a blog post on Instagram, in which he said, “He and his brother are planning to kill their family members and then kill themselves according to a set plan, and that all the decisions they took were based on weighing the pros and cons, including the decision to kill the family.”
The police found the bodies of the six individuals in the house after they died, namely the two brothers aged 19 and the other over twenty in addition to their sister, father, mother and grandmother, noting that the ages of the dead ranged from 19 to 75 years.
According to official US data, murders have doubled in several cities. The massive rush of Americans to buy new weapons coincided with reports of significant increases in domestic violence calls to local police stations and hotlines, with 48 states reporting an increase in these calls.
