According to his lawyer, the health of the Kremlin opponent, who is detained in a prison camp, has deteriorated further.
Olga Mikhailova told the independent Internet television broadcaster Doschd on Wednesday that he was also losing the feeling in his hands.
The opposition had previously complained of severe back pain and paralysis in one leg and a cough.
During an MRI examination, two hernias were also diagnosed - a so-called abdominal wall hernia.
After Nawlany's health became known, the federal government demanded the immediate release of the Kremlin critic.
The human rights organization Amnesty International described his imprisonment as "arbitrary and politically motivated."
One kilogram every day
A week ago Navalny announced that he had gone on a hunger strike to protest the lack of medical care.
"Of course he is exhausted because he is on hunger strike and only drinks water," said Mikhailova.
However, his fever has fallen - from 39 degrees on Monday to 37.2 degrees.
Navalny's other lawyer, Wadim Kobsew, wrote on Twitter: "Alexei walks alone, has pain when walking."
"What the prison camp administration is currently doing is just getting him off the hunger strike."
According to his lawyers, the 44-year-old is still in a medical department at the camp.
Navalny reported on Instagram on Monday that three of his fellow prisoners had been taken to hospital for tuberculosis.
Russian doctors had unsuccessfully requested access to Navalny on Tuesday at the penal camp in Pokrov, around 100 kilometers east of Moscow.
Some of them were then taken into custody.
The doctors of the independent alliance of doctors have now again demanded the release of Navalny, who barely survived a murder attack with the neurotoxin Novitschok in the summer.
He was sentenced to several years in a prison camp in February in a much-criticized trial.
Moscow court surprisingly releases Navalny's brother
On Wednesday evening, a Moscow court surprisingly released Navalny's brother after more than two months of house arrest.
Oleg Navalny, the prominent lawyer Lyubow Sobol and two other members of the opposition team had success before the appeal court on Wednesday evening, as a lawyer from the city court announced.
Originally, after street protests on January 23, they should have been arrested until the end of June for an alleged violation of hygiene requirements in the corona pandemic.
The sentences had been criticized as being completely excessive.
The judiciary's approach was also controversial because, for example, Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin never wears a mask when he meets people.
The lawsuits against Nawalny's employees are considered politically motivated to silence the opposition.
The penalties were passed against a total of ten senior representatives from the environment of the Putin opponent.
