MK Toporovsky claimed that the chairman of the right was not ready for the conditions • MK Lapid published a post under the headline "Government Shankim": "No one will abandon his ideology, but at the moment we have more urgent problems"

MK Boaz Toporovsky Mish Atid revealed today (Wednesday) that his party's chairman, MK Yair Lapid, "is willing to recommend Bennett if he had promised not to sit down with Bibi - but he was not prepared." In an interview with GLC.

Earlier, MK Lapid posted a post on his Facebook account in which he outlined the possible government checks with Bennett. The post, under the heading "The government we will try to form," opened with the sentence: "The first step did not work in our favor.

Netanyahu received the mandate first.

Too bad".

Lapid continued his writing and clarified that "the goal was and remains one: to form a national consensus government."

He sharpened the messages of the center-left that were usually used by his former partner Bnei Gantz - "Israel is a wounded country."

Lapid attacked the media debate, which he called "grumpy and full of insults" on the question of whether it would be a right-wing government or a left-wing government that would be formed here and claimed that "this will be the government of those who want a good mouth here."

He clarified that this is not a message in the left direction of a map.

"There will be in the government. There will be in the government that we are trying to establish three distinct right-wing parties (Right, New Hope and Yisrael Beiteinu), two center parties (Yesh Atid and Blue and White) and two left-wing Zionist parties (Labor and Meretz)."

"This means that no one will get everything they want, but there will be a balance that will force us to focus on practical goals," Lapid added.

"No one will abandon his ideology, but right now we have more urgent problems. They will not be solved by headlines, but by ministers who come to work. The main tool of such a government will be the ability to speak and find solutions. "People will understand that even those who think differently from them, can want their best. This government will be based on mutual respect. The citizens of Israel must see in front of them leaders who know how to put aside disputes and work for a common goal."
