Yesterday, the second hearing took place at the evidentiary stage, and at the beginning, the prosecutor, Adv. Yehudit Tirosh-Gross, informed the judges that Yeshua gave the prosecution messages he received after his first testimony, including threatening messages. "We passed the matter on to the police," she said.

The defense attorneys for Netanyahu and the couple Shaul and Iris Alovich claimed that Yeshua's testimony differed in significant parts from what he said in his investigations with the police.

According to Boaz Ben-Zur, Netanyahu's lawyer, the source of the gap is an improper "refresh" that the State Attorney's Office conducted for salvation.
