The General Directorate of Real Estate Services has completed a specialized real estate citizen service center in its building at a cost of about one billion pounds and equipped it with all work requirements in order to achieve the provision of real estate service with the least time and effort according to those in charge.

Among the services included in the center are real estate registration for central and non-central cities and rural areas, the sequence of their descriptions, the hierarchy of owners, certified copies of the minutes of the borders, the attestation of a statement for the foreign cities and the countryside, proof or denial of ownership, a statement of an area for cities and countryside, an area for a floor divider, a cadastral plan for a real estate or a floor divider for a final area, and a certified copy of the minutes of the contract For central and non-central cities and rural areas and a copy of the minutes of identification, editing and opening assignments for cities and rural areas.

The head of the Real Estate Citizen Service Center, Tamim Al-Qassem, explained in a statement to the representative of SANA that the direct establishment of the center was the beginning of the year 2019 by rehabilitating the ground floor of the directorate building from the Military Construction Execution Corporation and the Syrian Telecommunication Company implementing the software, while he agreed with the Ministry of Finance and the Industrial Bank to open a niche to perform banking services Related to the center.

According to al-Qasim, the center included 19 windows divided into 14 front offices, 4 delivery offices, one for the real estate bank, another for follow-up and communications, offices for control, office, documentation, archiving, technical and technical support, and 2 for information and it has about 40 qualified and trained employees.

According to its president, the center simplifies procedures to complete the transactions to be included as a service in it, reduces time and effort, and provides a transparent real estate service with evidence that includes the information needed to complete documents, pay fees, timelines and follow-up, and limits the violations that can be committed, pointing to the existence of evidence also related to the employee and the citizen enabling him to propose What is needed for the proper performance of services.

The head of the center explained that the real estate areas in the governorates of Damascus and its countryside have been identified as part of the services that will be provided in the center for all governorates to follow with the exception of Hasaka, Deir Ezzor and Raqqa during a completion period of no more than five days outside the governorates of Damascus and its countryside. Seals to be used for the workers of the center have also been approved and manufactured and the Ministry has been contacted. Al-Qasim revealed a plan to gradually add new services in the future, with what these services require in terms of organizing framework agreements with the relevant authorities, noting that other similar centers will be established in the governorates according to capabilities.
