Property damage and vandalism at stops on the Munich S-Bahn usually happen at night and often without witnesses.

But this time it was different, reports the Federal Police. Around 5 p.m., a previously unknown person was walking along the S-Bahn platform in Oberschleißheim;

next to him a previously unknown companion.

Suddenly he threw a glass bottle against the protective window of the bus shelter on platform 1, whereupon it shattered.

"After the fact, the stranger looked threateningly at passengers waiting for the S-Bahn and left the platform with his companion," explains the Federal Police.

The perpetrator had come from the rear of the platform and walked away in the direction of the main page (elevator and kiosk side).
