With the participation of 150 young men and women, the Revolutionary Youth Union branch in Aleppo organized two volunteer campaigns to clean and afforest the Bab Allah garden in the Al-Sakhour neighborhood, in cooperation with the Aleppo City Council, and a blood donation campaign, emphasizing the role of youth in performing their national duty.
Muhammad Niall, head of the Aleppo branch of the Revolutionary Youth Union, explained in a statement to SANA's correspondent that these campaigns come within the activities of the volunteer work office in the union, which continues to organize afforestation, cleaning, weeding and other campaigns, in cooperation with the Aleppo City Council, the Directorate of Agriculture and the concerned authorities, pointing to the young men and women in the afforestation campaign. In his turn, Eng. Mazen Zainuddin, Director of Sulaymaniyah Services, pointed to the continuation of organizing such campaigns in cooperation with civil organizations, especially in neighborhoods that have been subjected to major acts of sabotage due to terrorism, including the Sakhour neighborhood.
For his part, Eng. Yasser Al-Sheikh Saleh, Head of the Sulaymaniyah Gardens Division, indicated that the Bab Allah garden was vandalized by terrorist organizations, pointing to the importance of these campaigns in replanting trees and rehabilitating gardens.
Among the participants in the afforestation and blood donation campaigns, the young woman Qamar Jano and the participation Weam al-Masry indicated the importance of planting trees in all parks within the city and that young people be one hand to cooperate and participate in the volunteer campaigns to build and rebuild Syria, which was confirmed by young Muhammad Kanoo, indicating that blood donation is a national duty.
