Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza said on Wednesday April 7 that without the economic sanctions to which it is subject, Venezuela would have already bought the anti-Covid vaccines it needs.

"If Venezuelan funds
(abroad)
were not blocked, three months ago we would have bought the 30 million vaccines the country needs,"
said Jorge Arreaza in an interview with AFP in Caracas .
