As the United States and the world powers make efforts to return to the nuclear deal with Iran, Israel reveals that Iran has conducted tests of ballistic missiles designed to carry nuclear arrowheads.
Israel's ambassador to the United States and the United Nations, Gilad Ardan, yesterday sent an official letter of complaint to the members of the Security Council and to the UN secretary general, revealing the information about the tests that Tehran has conducted in recent months. Arden demanded that council members condemn Iranian activity.
He wrote to the 15 members that "the Security Council must respond to threats to world peace and security coming from Iran. The members of the Security Council should investigate the information that Israel has disclosed to the Council and report on it in the forthcoming report on Resolution 2231. Arden details in a letter the type of missiles that Iran has launched and their capabilities.
He wrote that during a military exercise called "The Great Prophet 15", which Iran conducted in mid-January, missiles were fired at various ranges.

Iran threatens: We will not remain silent
Meanwhile, Iran warned Israel and the United States yesterday that there could be a target for retaliation for the attack on the ship "Saviz" in the Red Sea this week.
