A supervisor at the Lucie-Aubrac college in Argenteuil was suspended from his duties on March 30, following reports by two students of acts of sexual touching.
The family of one of the two schoolchildren, aged 13, filed a complaint the same day against this educational assistant (AED).
The other family would have done the same.
“The establishment was not aware of any such acts until this report and had a firm and immediate reaction.
The ACN, currently absent, was immediately suspended as a precaution.
The principal of the college also made a report to the public prosecutor, ”indicates the rectorate of the Academy of Versailles.
He would have made "kisses" to another student
“My daughter tells me that it started two months after the start of the school year,” says Mathieu, the father of 13-year-old Julie (the first name has been changed).
The supervisor, who is said to be 19 years old, reportedly told her: “You look beautiful with your new hairstyle.
»Julie, educated in 4th year, does not answer.
A little later, she goes to the bathroom with a friend.
She is waiting for him at the sinks.
“He came in and walked over to her.
She backed up to a wall and there he tried to grab her by the hips.
My daughter rejected it, ”says Mathieu.
Julie then left the scene and things did not go any further.

But these are not the only facts described by the schoolgirl.
“Afterwards, the other days, he came from behind him to give him shoulder massages and he left,” says Mathieu.
This would have happened three times.
Julie found this behavior odd, but the friends she had talked to saw nothing wrong with it.
She stopped doubting when another schoolgirl confessed to her that this supervisor had "kissed her".
It was then, three weeks ago, that the two teenage girls went to see other adults at the facility, and then one of them told her family.
These revelations provoked an immediate reaction.
Two of Julie's uncles showed up at college, along with three or four of their friends.
Relatives of the other schoolgirl were there too.
They managed to enter the establishment and demanded to see the supervisor involved.
A complaint filed for trespassing and contempt
"A group of eight people violently entered the college and a classroom, jostling a teacher," says the rectorate.
The school principal came to see them.
"The principal, victim of violent remarks and insults, called for calm and invited the family to seize the police services concerning this situation", adds the rectorate.
The principal lodged a complaint for trespassing in a school establishment and insulting a person charged with a public service mission.
Mathieu denies the facts described by the rectorate.
“My brothers swore to me: they didn't insult anyone.
They didn't push a teacher, that's not true.
The two uncles of the schoolgirl and their friends were arrested at the college and placed in police custody.
The prosecution of the Pontoise judicial court confirms that two investigations are underway, one for sexual assault and the other for intrusion into a school establishment and threats to a person entrusted with a public service mission.
