The measure will be from this Friday until April 30.

Fernández, who is recovering from covid-19, pointed out that Argentina has entered the "second wave."

In that sense, he warned that the pandemic is returning with more rigor.

“In recent weeks the number of cases has increased steadily in many areas of the country.

Only in the last seven days the cases increased by 36% in the Argentine territory and 53% in the AMBA (Metropolitan Area of ​​Buenos Aires).

This Wednesday, Argentina reported 22,039 new infections of covid-19.

It is the highest figure since the start of the pandemic.

The country also records about 57,000 deaths from the virus.
