There is no other way to say the obvious: anyone who supports the UNRWA in any way supports the commemoration of the Palestinian "refugees" and the right of those "refugees" to return to Israel, ie: the elimination of the Jewish state.
It is not only the education for hatred of Israel and the Jews that is taught in the schools of this UN agency. These are not just the UNRWA summer camps, where children undergo military training and become child soldiers in stark contrast to UN art.
The very continued existence of UNRWA some seven decades after it was supposed to cease to exist, is what symbolizes the support of the international community and of all UNRWA supporters for the idea of the disappearance of the State of Israel.
Anyone who defines himself as a friend of Israel should have long ago supported the dissolution of UNRWA.
For there is no justification for the existence of Palestinian refugees 73 years after the '48 war and 54 years after the '67 war - except for the Arab desire to ensure the elimination of the State of Israel through the mass return of generations of "refugees", who have no personal connection with the Land of Israel .
The UNRWA agency, which was originally intended to deal with "Palestinians" who fled from Israel to Arab countries, until they were absorbed into their places of resettlement, has long been a tool of political struggle in the State of Israel.
This is clearly seen in the existence of "refugee camps" in the given territories despite the Palestinian Authority and Hamas.
Is it known in the world about another case of refugees in their country, who are being held in miserable conditions by an international system that is pouring a lot of money to prevent those "refugees" from living normal conditions?
Former US President Donald Trump understood the absurdity of the existence of UNRWA and the right way to deal with the inherent Palestinian refusal, which sought, among other things, to ensure the continuity of the "refugee" problem.
The current president, Joe Biden, insists on going back - to the situation that was before Trump, instead of stepping forward and working to improve the situation.
The U.S. Democratic administration could condition the renewal of financial aid on the abolition of UNRWA and its replacement by a temporary Palestinian welfare agency, which would work to address the Palestinian "refugee" problem in their places of residence.
But the Biden administration is captive to political conceptions, which have lost their power and have been proven wrong, and insists on destroying all the positive steps Trump has taken.
