The United States has just sent 135 countries a new plan to overhaul global taxation which is in line with what has been under discussion for three years under the aegis of the OECD, the International Economic Development Organization.
The objective of this broad reform, pushed by France, is to better tax the digital sector - in the crosshairs, the powerful Gafa, Google, Amazon, Facebook and Apple - which pays little tax.
