Two discussion panels
moderated by the journalist Barbara Carfagna, which will be introduced by the Director of External Relations and Institutional Affairs Birra Peroni Federico Sannella and by the president of Crea Carlo Gaudio.
This will be followed by the intervention of the
Undersecretary to the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies Gian Marco Centinaio
who will take stock of the Government's guidelines for the technological transition of the agri-food sector.
The first panel "Technology and innovation for sustainable development" is dedicated to projects to promote the transparency of the supply chain and generate competitiveness, from blockchain to labeling systems.
