Several explosions in an oil refinery in eastern Mexico led to the outbreak of a huge fire, without any information on casualties.
And Mexican media reported that seven consecutive explosions in the oil refinery (Lasaro Cardenas del Rio) in Minatitlan in the state of Veracruz yesterday evening led to a major fire at the refinery, which included the shipping wing of diesel and gasoline.
The state-run oil company Pemex, which owns the refinery, has not commented on the incident.
