Many ice accidents have kept the police busy.

The A 94 was closed for hours in the morning rush hour.

There was only one case of serious injuries.

A young Opel driver crashed into a transformer house.

Erding

- On Wednesday, a number of cars slipped across the entire district on the slippery road.

The A 94 was closed for four hours from 7 a.m. in the direction of Munich after two truck accidents.

A 19-year-old Opel driver was seriously injured near Altbach (municipality of Taufkirchen).

A total of eleven accidents occurred in the Erding police service area between 5.30 a.m. and 8 a.m.

Five drivers alone came off the road alone.

All in all, 18 vehicles were involved, seven of which had to be towed afterwards.

A total of three people were slightly injured, one of which was brought to the Erding Clinic by the ambulance service.

According to initial estimates, the total damage exceeds 50,000 euros.

In two of the accidents, those involved in the accident were already on the road with summer tires.

The Dorfen police station reports ten traffic accidents.

In one of them, a 19-year-old was so badly injured in the head that he had to be flown to the Rechts-der-Isar hospital for an examination.

According to initial findings, the young man is not in mortal danger, according to Inspection Manager Harald Kratzel.

The 19-year-old's Opel went off the road in a long left-hand bend to the right at around 6.15 a.m. near Altbach (municipality of Taufkirchen), presumably because of slipperiness and improper speed.

The car hit a transformer house and came to rest on the roof a little further away.

The driver was available on site, but had to be freed from the car by emergency services and finally flown to the hospital.

The Opel suffered a total loss of around 2000 euros.

According to initial estimates, the damage to the transformer house amounts to around 15,000 euros.

At around 7 a.m., a truck combination skidded on the A 94 towards Munich between the Dorfen and Lengdorf junctions.

After the truck had slid across the entire lane, it collided with the embankment on the right and came to a stop there.

At the same time, a young driver from the Altötting district tried unsuccessfully to avoid the out-of-control team.

According to the Hohenbrunn traffic police, his car drove in head-on.

Immediately afterwards, two articulated lorries crashed into each other in the left lane.

One of them passed the scene of the accident slowly, but the truck did not come to a stop in time and opened up.

The lane had to be completely closed for about four hours for recovery and cleaning.

The traffic was diverted at the Dorfen junction, but a long backlog formed.

The fire brigades Heldenstein and Weidenbach as well as the Isentalautobahn GmBH were in action.

After the lane was cleared again, there were further traffic obstructions because several vehicles were no longer ready to drive and had to be recovered.

On the state road 2086 shortly before Grüntegernbach, a bus that was unoccupied except for the driver came off the road on the snow-smooth slope to the right and brushed a tree.

From there the bus slid across the lane to the left and stopped there.

However, since half of the vehicle protruded into the lane, the road had to be completely closed for several hours.

Only with the use of heavy recovery equipment was it possible to recover the bus after several hours and get it ready to drive again.

The damage amounts to 40,000 euros.

The fire brigades in Dorfen and Grüntegernbach were in action.
