The 50-year-old driver had previously fled an inspection.
Police officers of the search control group (FKG) of the Feucht traffic police wanted to check a car on the BAB 3 at around 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon.
But the driver ignored the stopping signals from the officers and drove off the motorway in his vehicle.
On his escape, he sped off in the direction of Behringersdorf, reports the Central Franconia Police Headquarters *.

The police immediately started a manhunt.
Police officers from the Lauf * police station finally found the car in the parking lot of a supermarket.
The alleged 50-year-old driver was still with his car, whereupon the police checked him.

The 50-year-old had smuggled at least two allegedly illegally entered men in his vehicle, a 29-year-old and a 16-year-old.
The two men could also be arrested in the immediate vicinity.
It is not yet known whether there were other people in the vehicle before.

The 50-year-old was finally arrested and, at the request of the Nuremberg-Fürth public prosecutor, is brought before the investigating judge to examine the question of detention.

The responsible specialist commissioner of the Nuremberg Criminal Police initiated investigations against the two Syrian nationals on suspicion of illegal entry and unauthorized stay in the Federal Republic of Germany.
They were placed in the care of a central reception center for asylum seekers.
