Vienna-Sana
Russia announced that the results of the work of the two groups of experts studying in Vienna the chances of reviving the nuclear agreement concluded between Iran and the P5 + 1 may be published today.
Russia’s permanent representative to international institutions in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, wrote on his Twitter account today: “The two groups of experts are continuing their work in Vienna on the issues of lifting US sanctions and Iran's return to full implementation of its nuclear obligations in accordance with the comprehensive action plan. Initial results may become available this evening.”
Yesterday, Ulyanov confirmed that Russia had put forward specific proposals for discussion in both groups.
Iran previously rejected the proposal submitted by Washington to gradually lift the sanctions, and stressed that the only condition to stop reducing its nuclear obligations is the complete lifting of sanctions against it.
