A police officer opened fire in Sha Tin. At about 10 am today (8th), a silver private car was identified by the police in Sha Tin that the vehicle permit had expired, and the police began to pursue it.
The private car ignored the instructions to stop. Instead, it drove more than 10 kilometers to the Prince of Wales Hospital and was trapped in the queue. The police car chased it. Two policemen fired their guns and ordered the driver to get off the car. The driver still tried to drive the car before and after. After breaking through the encirclement, he hit 1 bus, 2 taxis, and 2 private cars.
After the sheriff's warning was invalid, he fired a shot at the target vehicle, hitting the driver's right shoulder.
The man who was shot was arrested and consciously sent to the Prince of Wales Hospital for treatment.
Five other people were sent to hospital in the incident, including two police officers and a 2-year-old girl in a gray private car.

Sources at the scene stated that the silver private car involved first ran into a BMW RV on Sha Tin Wai Road, then ignored the police parking request and turned right into Yincheng Road. However, the private car was trapped in the car cluster at the light position, and the private car wanted to crawl. As a result, a bus ahead is blocking.
Soon after the police car chased, two police officers got off the car and fired a gun to warn the driver to get off the car, but the other party ignored it. Instead, they drove forward and then faded and attempted to break through. The middle driver's right shoulder, arrested him.

However, the private car ignored the instructions and did not stop. It continued to rush to the Prince of Wales Hospital and was forced to stop after being intercepted by the police car.
The driver tried to collide the vehicle back and forth, affecting 1 bus, 2 taxis, and 2 private cars.
The Transport Department announced that due to a traffic accident, part of the lanes from Silver City Street towards Siu Lek Yuen Road near Cha Wai Kon Street were closed. Motorists can only use the remaining lanes.
