The BRK will probably start vaccinating in two other outposts on Monday - in Herrsching in containers on Gewerbestrasse and in Feldafing in an unused Bundeswehr building at General-Fellgiebel-Kaserne.
And already on Saturday there is a particularly broad shoulder: yesterday the district announced a special vaccination day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the district office.
More than 1000 vaccinations are planned within the nine hours, 50 doctors and 100 medical helpers are on duty.
The Free State has provided 6700 cans for this week at short notice, the district is using this to set a motivation symbol.
"Vaccinate, vaccinate, vaccinate, that is the only way to get out of the constant ups and downs, back on the way to normality," says District Administrator Stefan Frey.
According to the press release, thanks to the large delivery, priority group 1 will be completed this week, i.e. above all all those over 80 who are willing to be vaccinated.

The vaccinations in his and other practices have started well, the logistical effort is still limited with up to 50 vaccine doses per week.
Junge-Hülsing is already looking at groups 2 and 3 in Starnberg - first responders, water rescue workers, teachers and, above all, sick people over 70.
He advocates “continuing to observe the prioritization, but no longer slavishly adhering to it”.

According to the District Office, the focus is also on people "who are at high risk of a serious or fatal course of the disease after an infection".
Educators, elementary and special school teachers also count as priority 2 due to their high exposure risk. The dates for the special vaccination day will be given to those already registered by telephone on these days.
Roland Schwankhart, administrative manager of the vaccination center: "Anyone who belongs to the highest priority group and has not yet been able to decide on a vaccination should take this opportunity." The district office asks you to bring a maximum of one accompanying person, if necessary, and to come at least 15 minutes before the appointment.
The vaccination basically starts at the parking lot.
There, the vaccinated persons receive personal documents, the mobility impaired also receive a wheelchair and optionally a companion.
In the citizen service area, 14 counters are open for registration.

Vaccinations are given in the large conference room, and people with walking difficulties get the injection in an office on the ground floor.
After the injection, you have to wait 15 minutes in the cafeteria and in the courtyard.
The district helps together for the special vaccination day: In addition to BRK and district office staff, doctors from the Tutzing and Starnberg hospitals and volunteers from the fire brigades and the THW Starnberg are on duty.
