Isen

- During a night police operation in Isen in the Erding district, a police officer and a 15-year-old youth fell out of a window.

According to the police, the 36-year-old officer was part of a patrol that was called to a communal accommodation for asylum seekers in Isen, Upper Bavaria, on Thursday, April 8th, at around 12:15 a.m.

Apparently the operations center had received a report about disturbance of the peace.

Use in asylum accommodation: Policeman and girls rush out of the window

Upon arrival at the facility, the officers first went to the accommodation room in which the loudly behaving people were reported.

The police met the two authorized residents of the room, two men aged 20 and 23.

The officials successfully admonished them to calm down.

However, the officers discovered a girl in the room, a 15-year-old teenager from Munich.

This was apparently unjustified in the asylum center.

While trying to take down the girl's personal details, the 15-year-old tried to escape through a window on the upper floor of the building.

One of the two officers, a 36-year-old police superintendent, tried to prevent the girl from escaping.

For a previously unexplained cause, the two then fell together about four meters from the open window.

While the 36-year-old remained injured, the youngster initially continued her escape on foot, but was picked up by another patrol shortly afterwards.

When checking her personal details, the officers found that the girl had already been searched for as part of a missing person report.

The 15-year-old was taken to a hospital for an examination.

The seriously injured policeman had to be admitted to the hospital with several bone fractures.

The Dorfen police station is now investigating the exact course of the accident.
