US President Joe Biden asked Congress to allocate $ 715 billion to the US Department of Defense in order to address what he called "potential threats from Russia and China."
The Russian Novosti Agency stated that the presidential request for 2022 includes allocating 715 billion dollars to the US Department of Defense, according to the draft presidential budget published on the White House website.
This includes, according to the draft, "confronting the threat from China and containing destabilizing behavior by Russia," the agency added.
The United States and its successors, the European Union, seek to prevent the establishment of a world order based on the principle of political pluralism, and it works in every way to impose sanctions on Russia and China under various pretexts.
Russia and China, which have strategic relations, affirmed that the United States is not ready to take into account the interests of others and believes only in agreements that guarantee its hegemony over the world, which cannot be accepted.
