Today, the Moroccan Ministry of Health announced the registration of 625 new cases of Coronavirus, bringing the total number of infections to 500 thousand and 948 cases.
The Moroccan News Agency quoted the ministry as saying in a statement that 12 new deaths were recorded with the virus, bringing the total number of deaths to 8,885 cases.
Yesterday, the Moroccan government decided to extend the state of emergency for an additional month until the tenth of next May, "in line with the epidemiological situation."
