(CNN Spanish) -
A mirror can be as dangerous as a loaded gun.
Or as comforting as a hug.
A hug from your son or your grandson.
Seeing yourself reflected in the pupil of others, too.
Rarely does one coincide so much with a guest on the show, even though we've only seen each other a couple of times and both times in a television studio.
One in Havana, in which an inquisitor prohibited me from interviewing him.
The other, in Miami, when, under a downpour, he arrived on time to be interviewed.

as sick and neglected dogs die.
Go on, even if Ithaca has been wiped off all the maps.
We have to keep going.
