The dismantling is usually followed by a big traditional festival on May 1st.
But this year, due to the corona pandemic, erecting a new maypole is out of the question.
"As of today, we will not make up for that in the course of this year," reports Kölbl.
In all likelihood, the association will not erect a new maypole until 2022.
The further schedule is still pending.
Especially since the boys want to coordinate with the traditional costume club.
He also placed a maypole in Rottach-Egern, at Café Angermaier.
Every club sets up every four years, in Rottach-Egern there is a maypole festival every two years thanks to good agreements - if no pandemic paralyzes social life.

The local fire brigade provided their turntable ladder, and the Stettner specialist store a truck-mounted crane.
The restaurateurs from Rottach-Egern are also suffering from the pandemic restrictions.
