Tiberias: Suspected of stabbing a man because of a comment on a mask

The Israel Police announced today (Friday) that they arrested a stabbing suspect in Tiberias two days ago because of a remark about a mask.
At the end of an intensive investigation that lasted two days, the suspect was located after searches in his area of residence and questioning his acquaintances, while hiding in an apartment in the city.
A bus passenger was stabbed and moderately injured in the incident.
According to the suspicion, the attacker stabbed the victim in all parts of his body during a ride on the two buses, as stated after the victim asked him to wear a mask.
The suspect will soon be brought to the Magistrate's Court in Nazareth for a hearing on the police's request to extend his detention.
