The government of the City of Buenos Aires began contacting different laboratories around the world to buy vaccines against COVID-19.

: "We are initiating
contacts with all the producers
who have the vaccine."
Horacio Rodríguez Larreta's decision came after the statements of the Chief of Staff, Santiago Cafiero, who this week said that the provinces will be able to buy vaccines themselves.
Shortly afterwards, the Buenos Aires chief of staff, Felipe Miguel, confirmed it in an interview with radio La Red: "Knowing how difficult it is going to be, we are going to try.
