The former PNF chief files a complaint for "slanderous denunciation" against a deputy prosecutor

Deputy prosecutor Patrice Amar accused Éliane Houlette of having indirectly allowed Nicolas Sarkozy and his lawyer to know that they were being wiretapped.


The former head of the National Financial Prosecutor's Office (PNF) Éliane Houlette filed a complaint on Friday April 9 for "

slanderous denunciation

" against a deputy prosecutor who accused her of having indirectly allowed Nicolas Sarkozy and his lawyer to know that they were wiretapped , told his lawyer Me Jean-Pierre Versini-Campinchi.

The former boss of the anti-corruption prosecution (2014-2019) is suing Patrice Amar, first deputy prosecutor of the PNF, for having accused her of having committed "

”, is it indicated in his complaint lodged with the Paris prosecutor this Friday morning.

In a letter sent on January 27, 2019 to the Attorney General of Paris Catherine Champrenault and revealed by
