Today, the Philippines recorded 401 new deaths from the Coronavirus, the highest death toll in a single day since the start of the pandemic, as well as the monitoring of 12,225 new infections.
And the Philippine Ministry of Health stated in a statement that the total confirmed cases of the virus in the country rose to 840,554, while the total number of deaths reached 14,520 cases.
