The persecution of a young man to two motorcycle jets who stole a bag with money, an episode that occurred on Thursday in the western area of Rosario, added this Friday another novelty that may impact the fate of the assaulted man: the second of the assailants died, Luciano Escudero (29), who was hospitalized and in police custody.
The other thief had died on the spot.
The driver of the truck that hit them, who had been taken from him two thousand dollars and two thousand pesos, remains in custody.
The weekend will be taken to an imputative hearing.
Although the figure is not yet defined, his defense attorney speculated that he will be held
responsible for a double homicide.

After the outburst, DC decided to continue with the truck to the jets.
In Zuviría at 200 it hit the motorcycle.
Diego Nicolas Quiroga García, 25, was killed instantly as a
result of the collision.
Escudero was admitted to the Clemente Álvarez Emergency Hospital because of the multiple injuries he suffered and died this Friday.
DC was not injured, even when his truck ended the raid on the sidewalk and after crashing into a tree.
Rajmil maintains that the thieves were able to show a weapon during the chase and that his client may
have instinctively ducked to protect himself and that this could have caused the subsequent collision.
“There was no intent or intent to kill.
We interpret this instance as an accident ”, stated the defense attorney, who also assured that DC acted under a state of“ violent emotion ”.
"It also has to do with people's fatigue," he justified.
At the place where the collision occurred, a bag containing the money and a 9-millimeter caliber weapon were found with the magazine unarmed.

possible participation of a third criminal
who, also on board a motorcycle and pretending to work as a delivery man, could participate in the robbery.
