The Hong Kong Government Talents Program of Advanced Public Administration (EMPA) of Tsinghua University, a top university in China, is currently enrolling students and will be enrolled in August 2021.

Anyone who holds a Hong Kong permanent identity card and a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau residents, holds a bachelor's degree, has 6 years or more of work experience, and is more interested in serving the society and becoming a Hong Kong government official, is eligible for application.
Basic requirements and courses
The length of schooling is 2.5 years, with a part-time education method, with a total of 39 credits.
The study method is mainly on weekends. There is a short-term concentrated study every academic year. During the school period, they are arranged to participate in overseas short-term training.
The course includes 5 major areas: public management foundation, Chinese national governance and development experience, Hong Kong SAR governance and development, professional practice and international experience in public governance.
Tuition and scholarship
The tuition fee is 288,000 yuan, and those with excellent comprehensive assessment scores have the opportunity to receive scholarships.
How to apply
