The approach to religion fills him, the offers from reality shows do not do it for him ("But never say 'never'"), and the love on the street excites him • Lior Narkis returns to the stage and learns to balance career and time with family

When was the last time you made an external change?

"In December 2020 I did a hair transplant. I had some bays, so I took care to complete them. I was not really bald, but it bothered me and I am a person who is aware of his appearance. I did the transplant and I am very satisfied. In Corona I also underwent a diet change, but unfortunately for the worse. "I ate a lot of ice cream and cracked kernels, but it's over. Now I'd lowered bread and carbs and I want to return a missile."

When was the last time you showed up?

"Last week, in Afula and Live Park in Rishon LeZion.

We're really back, and we'll be back even stronger after Lag B'Omer. I'm looking ahead and I'm Paul Booking. Even things that were postponed in Corona - for example, weddings, private events or postponed committees, closed new dates. New brides also joined, and it's definitely a carnival. They are a great miracle that happened here and fun to come back. I really missed performing. When they said they were performing again, I felt it was a rebirth.

"There was a crazy wave of cancellations in Corona.

At first I was scared of being home all day, and now I'm just looking for time to be home, it's something I learned in Corona.

I found inner peace together with my family, which is something I have probably been sorely lacking in life.

I began to realize that I was in a loop and did not notice that I was in it, because that was my life.

From my point of view the corona has done me a lot of good.

Not only good, but also a lot of good.

Now I will go back to the shows and there will be a lot of pressure, but I will know how to give and spend time at home, but really.

It is very difficult to stop the flow that is our life, but we need to know how to count. "

When was the last time you called your parents?

"This morning. I talk to my mother every day and it makes my day, it's blessed. The distance in Corona was very difficult for us, my mother was on the verge of depression, and both, she and my father, felt imprisoned. They were very scared and guarded, because "They are older people, and they really did not leave the house. We, the whole family, took care of them, and they understood the matter and were not provoked by luck. Now, after keeping themselves for a year and doing almost nothing, they are rejuvenating. They have closed a trip to Europe and are attacking life."

When was the last time a miracle happened to you?

"Every day. I woke up in the morning? Is it a miracle? The children, my wife, family and friends are healthy? A miracle. Every day miracles and wonders. I strongly believe in the Blessed One and have recently become even stronger. I have always been traditional, I put on tefillin and traveled for 13 years to be blessed by an artist. I had to keep Shabbat on Shabbat and I also keep it on holidays. On Pesach we only eat kosher and every day we separate meat and milk, all of us, because my wife is traditionally from home.

"I wear a white shirt on Shabbat and go to synagogue and it's fun.

Sometimes I take my daughter with me.

There is an amazing community here.

"Chabad Savyon turned us into a loving and supportive community, with Rabbi Shmuel Bistritzky, who really managed to make me really enjoy every moment, and has a lot to do with my strengthening. He is not a rabbi of brainwashing. On the contrary, he comes from a place of one hundred percent love."

When was the last time you felt like a stranger?

"I never feel like a stranger. I flow and connect and don't let myself get into a stranger's place. I know how to adapt to almost any situation. Only in the army did I feel that way, I felt completely foreign there. I was in a band that made oriental music as part of an Air Force education band, and the beginning It was hard. The music I would do then made the soldiers grin. At that time they would hear oriental music in the car, quietly, with the windows closed. It was basement music, and I had the privilege of bringing it to the soldiers. At first there were soldiers who would get up and go, and it depressed me. I get up in front of my face sometimes, it took a while for it to pick up speed. Only in the middle of my service did I put out 'Girl', which was plowed on the radio, and then the soldiers understood what I wanted to say at all. They waited for me to come and start appreciating me. When the soldiers connected to my music, they started Lift each other on your shoulders. "

When was the last time you were very excited?

"Last week, when I heard in the media that Shlomi Shabbat would light a beacon on Independence Day. Shlomi is a milestone in my life, in my career. I went through it with him, and he is a good and worthy person and a friend I love, so the news that he will light a beacon moved me greatly. At the Independence Day ceremony, I was very excited. I'm glad it fell on my part.

"The truth is that everything excites me, I get excited like a child.

Even today I always feel like I'm at the beginning of my career, it's a hallucinatory part for me.

I welcome what I do that is indescribable, it is impossible to do it if you do not like the profession, go and make people happy every evening.

There is no situation where you are put on a stage to make people happy and you fake it, it is impossible.

You also will not stand it if it does not excite you, and I very much enjoy every night dressing up, going to perform, singing, seeing an audience, hearing people sing and getting that feedback.

It's a socket for me. "

When was the last time you wanted something and it did not happen?

"Last year I invested a lot in the song 'Doing Respect for the Night', which I really believed in. We made a great clip for it and to me it's a good and bouncy song, but it didn't explode. It was meant to break the expansions, and just when it came out the Corona started.

" Besides, I wanted things That did not happen in Corona.

When I had all the shows canceled, the clothes were already on the hanger and the musicians in the van, and in one moment everything was erased from me and there was fear.

I thought it would pass, and in the meantime I had many thoughts running through my head.

Financially, I worked all my life very hard and devoted to the audience and performances a lot, the fear was when to come back and what to do in the meantime, how this body sits on the couch in front of Ionic every night and how to calm this mind.

To my delight, I found the missing place in me.

I was used to sleeping with flashlights in my eyes from the last show and I learned to calm my mind.

This period made me a balance.

I went through a lesson in life, before that I only had black and white, I was an extremist, and now I have a full range of shades and colors. "

When was the last time you showed up at a wedding?

"This week. The highlight of these shows is the people. You stand at the event, everything is renewed and it's amazing. There was immense joy, a feeling of freedom, and you feel like the audience missed. Maybe everything was for the best, because there's something new in the air, a smell of renewal. You feel people I'm insanely happy at the wedding, excited. I'm dying for weddings, because what's fun is that everyone comes to rejoice. You're at an advantage, because everyone loves the bride and groom and wants to make them happy, and when I come everything comes together.

"There are many options and many singers, people pay their best And if they chose me for this evening, it excites me every time again.

I really appreciate any couple who takes me to an event, I feel like it's my event.

"My personal wedding day was the best day of my life. I had great and crazy happiness with Sapir, my wife, and thank God she brought my three children with us and we formed this family. Sapir is an amazing and strong woman who knows how to contain me. We went through a difficult crisis and got out of it Really reinforced, it's not a cliché. We learned to talk, understand, listen and change things. I could finish a show, go out and come back very late, and I changed that in understanding that it is most important today. I was preoccupied with my career, and Corona improved the situation and made us the best in life. We love and are very much in love.

”There is a serious age gap between us, and when we got married she was very young.

The two eldest sons came one after the other, and she did not leave them for a moment.

Today she is independent with a career, and alongside that she is a mother who has no such things.

She studied interior design and started a clothing business, she is very busy with her work, and I praise her and die for her. "

When was the last time you spent time with the kids?

"Yesterday at the restaurant, Tuesday on an ATV trip. I spend a lot of time with them, it's something I learned in Corona. We did cycling together and went out with Sapphire for walks, and these are things left. I am a loving, understanding, considerate and educating father. A father of laughs, faces and dances and everything, but Dad is also anxious, because I constantly take care of my children to be healthy and happy, to fulfill themselves, to choose a good path in life, to have good children.

"We have two lovely sons, followed by a little girl.

They drive me crazy, drive me crazy, and give me full of love.

In fact, they are existence.

The children are everything - our sons and our princess, Tahal, who conquers me every day anew.

I am in love with her, she drives me crazy and everything she asks I fall at her feet.

I am the softer parent at home, my wife is more educating and she is the strongest among us.

Due to the fact that I was not at home much I did not know how to get angry, but now I already know how to give an educational punishment when needed.

I want more children and hope to have them, but I still do not know what Sapir's position is on the issue.

She wants a break at the moment. "

When was the last time you gave a hug?

"This morning I gave Sapphire a hug. I keep hugging, I'm a very warm person who hugs the kids and the people I love. In Corona it was very lacking for me, like everyone else. I grew up in a family place, in a home of love and hugs, and I now have a song to end the period. "This distant one is called 'Hug'. It's a song designed to make people happy and get people back on track. We deserve Big Time."

When was the last time you were offered to participate in a reality show?

"All the time. I get offers from everyone, 'The Race for a Million,' 'Survival,' but a fact I did not go for. On the other hand, never say 'Never.' What really interests me is being a judge on something musical. I can do all kinds. Things and maybe when the time is right I can choose to do it. Sapir also has suggestions. Offer her 'Golstar', but she will not do anything to keep her away from the children. She knows how to run alone, she does not need me, and we will make a decision together if there is another offer. ".

When was the last time you read talkbacks?

"I read sometimes, and even on networks I get more love than hate and extremism. There are things you can read and ask 'how did you get into this, bro?', But really, thank God, we got more love than evil. I don't read talkbacks all day and neither I live it, I browse. I live in the real world, my life is in shows. I'm not a network star, I did not come from the network or television, I came from the real world, from the people, from below. I came from the audience - this is my career. My audience does not come from reality, no From the playlist and not from talkbacks. I came from the soul, the people's feet, the feelings and the hugs, and I got to receive love, which is a blessing.

"

Getting

love from the crowd on the street is something empowering.

For the song 'God's plot' I got a lot of compliments.

People have written to me on all sorts of platforms - for example, on Instagram and Facebook, that this song has strengthened and encouraged them.

Someone wrote that her mother had died and the song lifted her, and even couples facing crisis and separation said the song strengthened them.

They wrote that they understood through the song what their true God's plot is. "

When was the last time you were very worried?

"When the corona started. I did not lose money, but neither did I make, no matter how many, how many millions. It worried me, because when the livelihood goes down to zero, there is no one who will not be shaken a little. I have other businesses - for example, a new label I opened with Yossi Gangina and Orly Klish. "Where we run Moshiko Moore, an artist who is in a huge breakthrough and is now flying to the sky. He's going to be here for many years. We also have a branch of the Be Ariel chain, and I intend to develop into entrepreneurship and other businesses."

When was the last time you disconnected from your mobile?

"Every Saturday and all this holiday I was without the cell phone. At first I had a hard time disconnecting, hell, but now who cares about it at all? I put it aside and do not know at all where it is. It was hard, but I got used to it. Every day I do with the cell phone. Life, and it's sad that it's life, but I was able to disconnect thanks to Shabbat, and it's also something that really strengthened me to concentrate on this day. When I open my cell phone it 'Tadam!', And I immediately go back to who needs it. Today people already know I'm not available on Shabbat and respect it. "So there's no pressure. Nothing very urgent."

When for the first time?

When did you first work?

"At the age of 13-12, I did vegetable deliveries on bicycles and sold flowers at intersections. It was not from a place of money, because my family was established, but from a place of doing, initiating, getting money for myself. Entrepreneurship started with me at a young age. I sold snow spray at Adlaide in Holon. "I would go and buy a lot of spray from a big store, sell on the street and make a profit. They bought from me because I sold well and I have such a smile that arranges things. I would spend the money on games and children's things."
