rioters threw stones and rocks at an Egged bus entering the Issawiya neighborhood.
The vehicle contained a driver of the Egged company and his family members who were traveling privately.
The driver took a shortcut in the neighborhood before the crowd began to gather and throw stones and rocks at the vehicles.
The family members escaped from the bus unharmed and joined the security forces, who were found nearby.
Much damage was done to the vehicle.
Police are operating in the area.
