At a press conference by Markus Söder * came the disillusionment.
In it he made it clear: All easing and model projects in Bavaria will be put on hold until the end of April.

So far, in cities and counties with an incidence of less than 100 - or 50 - from April 12, relaxation in outdoor dining, culture and sport was planned.
These rules will be suspended until April 26th.

Model projects in theaters, concert halls or opera houses are also postponed if the 7-day incidence * is over 100.

That means: Between an incidence of 50 and 100, Click & Meet does not have a test.
Shops are allowed to offer Click & Meet between 100 and 200, but only with corona tests.
A PCR test may be a maximum of 48 hours old, a rapid test 24 hours.
Nothing is open above 200.

The schools in the Free State also have to adapt to changes.
With an incidence of more than 100, distance learning remains - with the exception of the final grades and Q11 as well as the fourth grades of primary schools.

Apparently Merkel plans to have the Bundestag take over the scepter next week - and to adopt a nationwide uniform lockdown emergency brake for regions with an incidence of over 100 by law.
According to initial rumors, the law provides for the states in counties with an incidence of up to 100 to be left with decision-making authority.
In addition, a night-time curfew from 8 or 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. should apply.
All shops except for grocery stores, drug stores, pharmacies, garden centers and hairdressers are to close and compulsory testing for companies will come into force.
The plan to compulsorily close schools with an incidence of 200 or more is controversial.
