The mayor of Montévrain (Seine-et-Marne), Christian Robache (Agir), announced it in a video posted on the municipality's Facebook page on Friday: he renounces the "Tower" project, for which he does not will not issue a building permit.

A petition put online at the end of 2020 had gathered 1690 signatures against the project on Saturday.
The project was the subject of an online consultation launched by EpaMarne (Etablissement public d'aménagement de Marne-la-Vallée), in which the developer asked the population of Montévrain to comment on five development scenarios for The area.
Too little participation in the consultation
