Each weekend has its share of clandestine parties interrupted by the police.

This Friday evening, it was in Clichy (Hauts-de-Seine) that the revelers had made an appointment.

Not at a private home but in an office building.

According to residents who alerted the municipal police shortly before midnight, this is not the first time that music has escaped from these premises located at 16 boulevard du Général-Leclerc, at Porte Pouchet.

But this is the first time that the police have been notified.

The organizer identified and placed in police custody

On the spot, the municipal police officers noted the presence of about fifty people "not masked and without distancing", while the curfew is still in force from 7 pm on the whole of the national territory.

And that it is obviously forbidden to organize gatherings of more than six people.

To carry out the identity check and the verbalization of those present who try to leave the premises, the municipal police officers then call on the national police.

A Bac brigade (anti-crime brigade) from Hauts-de-Seine arrives on site around 1:30 am.

In total, around thirty people were then fined for non-compliance with the curfew, i.e. € 135.

And everyone leaves the premises around 4 a.m.

The organizer of the clandestine evening was identified and arrested to be placed in police custody at the city police station.

His sound equipment was also seized.

In addition to the fine related to non-compliance with the rules of containment, the organizer risks prosecution for endangering the lives of others.
