The elements of internal trade and consumer protection in the countryside of Damascus closed a fuel station in al-Nabek, with the violation of collecting electronic cards and trading in the material, and a tank was seized to distribute diesel on the Daraa highway, in which the owner collects electronic cards to cut their allocations with the intention of trading them in the black market, where the violator was referred to the competent court.

The Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection stated in a statement that SANA received a copy of that consumer protection patrols in Damascus countryside also seized a fuel station in Eastern Ghouta, in violation of the trade in subsidized diesel fuel for agriculture and disposing of it.

In Aqraba, two factories, one for the manufacture of biscuits and caramel, and the other for the manufacture of consoles, were seized in possession of expired materials. The directorate’s personnel also seized 4 supply bakeries in Sidi Mekdad, Beit Sahm, Yalda, and Kheire Danoun for violations of bad bread making and selling it without bags.

Consumer protection agents organized 45 seizures, including a shop selling detergents in Eastern Harna, for the violation of not showing invoices for the purchase of unknown sources, a gas distributor in Sayeda Zainab who charges an increase in prices, violations of the deficiency in the listing card, failure to show purchase invoices, and failure to announce prices.
