Tuesday, April 20, that of L'Oréal should elect Nicolas Hieronimus to the board of directors, who will then be appointed CEO.
Thursday April 29, that of Danone will vote the nomination of Gilles Schnepp.
He has been on the board since mid-December, when he was simply co-opted by the directors.
Since then, the governance crisis that agitated Danone has resulted in the ousting of CEO Emmanuel Faber and Gilles Schnepp has been appointed president.
