After thinking about it, a group of physical education teachers hope to take the opportunity of the sports day to showcase their new sports in addition to the fight against the epidemic! So in line with the health guidelines of the Education Bureau, the school diverted students of different levels to return to school in the morning and afternoon to participate in the "clean On Heart Sports Day, some levels try physical indoor rowing, virtual sports and competitions; and some levels use real-time online sports activities to exercise physical fitness and release physical and mental stress.

How few sports days can be shared by athletes?
The first part of the day’s event was to invite a guest ─ ─ Hong Kong karate athlete Li Jiawei (Jimmy) to share the ups and downs and joys of the athlete’s career.
Under the arrangement of partial resumption of classes, students in Secondary Two and Secondary Four will return to school in the morning to participate in the athlete sharing session; while Secondary One, Secondary Three, and Secondary Five students will watch the live broadcast online.

The school also invited the Hong Kong Rowing Association of China to demonstrate and share indoor rowing in the school auditorium, allowing students to experience the fun of rowing on the water.

The inter-class competition is divided into 5 competition areas: racing, speed ladder, hurdles, bamboo dribbling and rope jumping, and each class assigns candidates from each area.
The students are most interested in bamboo stick football, and constantly practice how to use bamboo sticks to assist the football around the ice cream cone and through the bottom of the stool.
Students have not been active for a long time during the suspension of classes, and low-intensity exercise allows students to play more safely.

The most special scenery of sports day may be students playing Switch: RingFit and Switch: hurdles in the classroom.
"It turns out that playing the machine can be so tired!" The students held the Switch and shook them desperately, or shook the RingFit from side to side, and threw themselves into the game to exercise their cardio-respiratory, muscle strength and muscular endurance.
On the other side, there are also small games such as reaction lights, stacking cups in seconds, and jumping with hands and feet. The flashing reaction lights are like the technology version of "Fools", which is very novel and interesting.
Online sports activities: hand dance competition
S2 to S5 diverted back to school in the morning and afternoon to compete, what about S1?
Even if they fail to return to school to participate in the activities, S1 students will be arranged to participate in the inter-class hand dance competition at home.
The teacher first introduces finger dances and gesture dances that have swept the world in recent years, and plays videos for students to appreciate, imitate and follow the music to dance hand dances.
