The director of the bakery branch, Majed Al-Faseeh, indicated that the public bakeries continue to operate during the month of Ramadan in light of the availability of all work requirements of fuel, flour and yeast, explaining that the work program of the bakeries will not change as they operate on a continuous shift system and production that is distributed to citizens according to the program of accredited people distributed within neighborhoods and cities.
Today, the city’s markets witnessed a great turnout by the people to supply materials, especially food supplies.
The people called for the need to increase the positive intervention by the Syrian branch of commerce, especially that the prices are high and exceed the ability of the citizen, stressing the need to intensify the ration control over the markets, monitor the sale of foodstuffs, prevent price manipulation, and work to unify them among all commercial stores, especially that there is a kind of chaos and price manipulation and differences.
