Costa, a member of the Juntos por el Cambio bloc in the Upper House, was admitted to a common room at the Río Gallegos hospital, where he arrived with a feverish picture and symptoms of covid-19.
The doctors performed a film that showed compromise in his lungs and it was decided to leave him hospitalized.
Although the first hours he was in a good mood and at rest, without major complications, the pneumonia detected worsened this Sunday and, after a request from him, it was decided to transfer him to the City of Buenos Aires in a medical plane.
At this time, he is hospitalized on mechanical ventilation at the Los Arcos sanatorium, located in the Palermo neighborhood.
Its condition is delicate.
